We do our best to provide service in most weather, but safety and quality come first. Heavy rain can make yards muddy and waste harder to clean, while snow may cover waste and create unsafe conditions. In these cases, we may reschedule your visit and notify you in advance.

For safety, we ask that pets be kept inside during service unless they are always friendly and under control. We reserve the right to skip a visit if we feel threatened or cannot safely and effectively clean your yard.
