terms and conditions

1. Service
Fudge Fetch provides recurring and one-time pet waste removal services as scheduled with the client. Access to the yard/property must be safe and free of hazards at the time of service.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed visits due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions are billed as if service was completed.
  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions may delay or reschedule service at our discretion.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service or as outlined in your estimate/plan.
  • Invoices not paid within 5 days may incur a late fee.
  • Returned payments may include a processing fee.

4. Access & Property

  • Client must ensure access to the yard (unlocked gates, clear paths, etc.).
  • We will be careful entering and exiting the property. However, Fudge Fetch is not responsible for damage to property caused by normal wear (e.g., frozen locks, weak gates).

5. Health & Safety

  • Waste is bagged and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
  • Fudge Fetch does not handle aggressive animals. We request that animals area always kept inside during time of service unless special arrangements are made. If a pet poses a threat, service may be skipped and billed.

6. Liability

  • Fudge Fetch is not liable for illness, injury, or property damage beyond the scope of normal, careful service.
  • Client remains responsible for the condition of their property, pets, and outdoor environment.

7. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate recurring service with at least 2 days notice. Outstanding balances remain due.

8. Updates to Terms
